Summit High School Men's Soccer

What a day for our season opener Coach Yager set up a fixture which shows his confidence in this program. We kept St Benedicts out for nearly 55 minutes of the game, our Hilltoppers worked hard and had some chances in the first half, in the end the opposition quality was there for all to see. They knocked the ball around with the same finesse and intentisty in the 60th minute as they did the first and scored three goals in 4 minutes with some class! Great experience for our program, we battled the #1in the nation and came out the other end with heads held high, some nice words from their coaching staff and a round of applause from their supporters. Onwards and upwards for the Hilltoppers.
