Week One Workout

Monday July 4, 2011 9:00 AM - Saturday July 9, 2011 10:00 PM

All Players should be in the weight room for one hour three days a week.

The mile and sprint workouts need to be finished within two hours.

If needed you can work out with other players.

All players should be attending the captains practices.

Coach Yager will be in attendance for several of them
